Just like it says "non exlcusive license", which means nobody has the exlcusive license other than infusion biosciences for US.

From an interview, can't remember which but i am certain in one which i provided in the iBox above, they are backing away from getting the exclusive license for US because of FDA, which the FDA will have a public hearing on May 31st. So until the FDA is clear on the guidelines for cbd and thc, they will not get the exclusive rights from infustion biosciences for that territory.. yet.

regardless for now, having the rights in other countries is still a great thing here. This will really pop though when the FDA is clear on guidelines and sproutly decides to get the exclusive license from infusion biosciences.
