People are forgetting one key piece of Greg's communication:

He said that this 10-k would soon be replaced, alluding to the fact that the acquisition will soon be finalized, which is in alignment with their "end-of-April" timeline.

NOW, trust me, I understand that he's been underwhelming in his delivery, but the delivery was ultimately executed every time, albeit late. Based on this fact alone, I expect an amended 10-k to be released with new information once everything falls into place.
