I am a bit bewildered as to how messed up their accounting practices were and that BDO needs another 5 months to Audit them.

However, Sept 30th is 90 days after their year end, so maybe they are going to restate all of the financials and release the current fiscal year financials all at the same time.

It sure seems as if revenues continue to rise as they are adding more big customers and therefore connections.

September 30th might be an incredible day for the PPS despite the pending lawsuits.
