O/S UPDATE : i have been in touch with IR and those 400 million shares were issued to clean the balance sheet from an old debt from COBI !

BANGI intend to Uplist debt free company with cash from what i gathered !

so now COBI is debt free ,no more debt on the balance !

COBI did not dilute anything ! just issued those shares to remove the debt from the balance !


looks like the debt holders was the one selling into the pop and now we got rid of them !

the shares are already in the float and nothing more to hit
