Says two things to me, a sale is definitely going to go through, it just a case of who, where as before they always put the forward statement "has to be approved by board etc" and that there may be some fireworks today in the oil world.

Good news always welcome after this past Nov/Dec I am still hoping to wake up and see that was just a bad dream.
