Yes they should know. In fact, look at whose on their BOD, they are not stupid people either...??? One was past Presidential candidate in fact.. I have written them in past as others have to all of this...

But like ARYC and many others seemingly good OTC firms, SEC will not require set filing dates as they would if you become an actual uplisted company... This is what creates so much fraud on OTC too sadly. It was supposed to be corrected by SEC so talks have gone last year to better govern public info on OTC but so far, I see nothing...

If I were their CEO, I would already have jumped on this massive opportunity right now! It is weird. And REFG has done years of dealing to many States tose cure legal banking transaction approvals to do what they were created to do- yet we hear nothing from BOD???
