I AM SURMISING THAT THE MARKET IS WAITING FOR ACTUAL CONFIRMATION THAT KPAY HAS ACTUALLY TAKEN DELIVERY OF THE 100 MILLION FUNDS AND THATS WHEN EVERYONE WILL HAVE FAITH AND THIS WILL FLY NORTH, AS IT APPEARS THERE IS TOO MUCH SCEPTICISM IN THE MARKETS AT THE MOMENT.
