One can be fairly certain Haas cut a deal in this switcharoo: Nice batch of authorized shares, some compensation for his services here and there, any number of things behind the scenes. A chairman of a board can have a lot of clout in the future of an enterprise if the right deal is made between him and the new CEO. At this point I'm just hoping this new guy isn't a figurehead.
