AO, here is my reading of the situation. Mark was overly conservative in the webcast.This for me indicated that we are in a critical stage of financing and that he is very careful in what he can and cannot say. Negotiations must basically have finished by now and terms have been agreed with various parties, otherwise he could not state that he may or may not use the German loan guarantee. The process of the laywers to put these terms into agreement with all the what/if’s and safeguards taking into account the legal position of multiple contract parties is what is holding this up. As WalterC. indicated the big F. could come in as a sudden surprise (when this legal process is finished) which could be any time therefore.
