IFFFFFF, the Share Structure info on OTCMkts were correct (we'll assume it is for this conversation), the float is the number of shares freely tradable of the number of shares issued/outstanding. If the float isn't available but the "Unrestricted" amount of shares is available, that will give you the approximate float.

We will have a more definite S/S numbers once either the TA updates OTCMkts or when he gets the filings filed...expecting the filings very soon!!
