I agree with the first.
On the second if he was using the company just to get money I would think it would have a larger share auth. Say 1 billion. then off load shares at any price then rs it then do again. so I dont think its a vehicle to scam investors. I do however think this is his last opportunity as an old man to make something of his life and he intends on doing it. Its just a matter of when?
