If you look back on the chart, BMIX has stabilized around this level since August 2018 with intermittent spikes. Somebody is trying to make sure that no significant dip into the trips happens before the company becomes profitable - this has been going on for nearly a year now! I think $0.001 is an extremely safe price to accumulate shares at. The CEO, evidently, thinks so as well since he converted his debt notes into common shares at this same price.
