Who cares, all that matters here is getting caught up on filings and getting the Q dropped for now. That filing was the next step now completed!

Then we can worry about filing for termination of custodianship. Once there is a buyer for the shell and a merger actually happens it will be the decision of the new company to decide weather or not they want to be an SEC filer or stick with OTCM. But we aren’t looking for that for quite a few months down the road
