This is a good move,

it will free up Andy to focus on the execution side of the business and the technical / market strategy while some one with real experience can handle the strategic deals and financing options.

Neither Andy nor Paul Middleton have that background.

Just hope his first move isn't to try to restructure existing deals and muddy the waters.
