Allinone, Petar has to realize that he cannot miss deadlines and have happy shareholders and posters. In pinkie land,there are one too many scams, just recently CSHD. Here we have Petar associated with Devries. Petar shouldbe very cautious and show empathy to shareholders for holding shares so long. He needs to run this company like a public company and respect every type of shareholder and their concerns.What he did today was deplorable. He could have done the samething anywhere between 9PM and 12 PM.
There was no need to wait until 12.14 am.

Reviews after reviews of AF's .. this seems to be an unending saga.. now he needs lawyers to review again in 4 hours.. what is to stop him from saying he needs BOD to review them later again... yes he and insiders control the os,but he still needs a shareholder base to be public.
