I agree with you, but others like ARYC and such, with viable products even, 4 years behind of SEC files. When we contacted SEC weeks ago, they say because they are on OTC still, there is no real deadline to meet for such filings. This is problem with many OTC's. When they uplist then the real deadlines and fines and requirements of public data are enforced...
