K & J gives Sugarmade $20,000,000 for shares at 15% discount.

Sugarmade gets $20,000,000

K & J sells shares for shares for $20,000,000 + ~15% profit

End result.

SGMD has $20,000,000 to do anything it wants with.

K & J makes ~ $3,000,000




Now, that calls for a perfect situation where SP doesn't fall.
In reality, K&J wouldn't be able to make any money because SP would quickly drop more than %15.

Without any meaningful news/growth for SGMD, SP would plummet and K & J would lose more than all of us combined.
