Rosemary is a perennial in Zone 7b. It can grow quite large. To control it you have to trim it. All you need is one. You can grow new plants from cuttings dipped in Roottone.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
