Based on one of the recent Pacer updates, looks like a USRM attorney was asking to push out the trial date due to a Jewish holiday and his son's graduation. The court succinctly shut that down by saying the attorney knew of the holiday since August 2018 and there are 6 other attorneys on the case, any one of whom can sub for him.

I hope this isn't a tactic to buy time and USRM is ready to roll; we'll have our answers soon enough, per the original schedule.
