Thanks Davinder. I wouldn't hold firmly to June. Mark states that the auditors completed their background work in "May 2018," but doesn't give a specific day in May. They could have taken the entire Month of May-we don't know. So it would be prudent to start the clock June 1st, 2018. With 5 10Ks to audit, and taking 12 weeks to accomplish each, gives us a total of 60 weeks from the beginning of June 2018. That would place the 60 week timeline at the end of July. And guess what's due around August 15th? 10Q for 2nd quarter. I could see them being "on-time" and producing fins mid August.

The discrepancies we can have with uncertain timelines makes it very difficult to calculate a hard and fast due date for fins. That's why I'm not following any more "educated guesses" on fins. They'll come out when they come out. Thanks for attempting to nail this down, but it's still pretty ambiguous.
