More proof PR345 is GXXM or is related to GXXM..

As per the 10K, (which obviously reflects nothing that has happened in 2019) We know a new CEO etc, was appointed Oct. 2018 after Carl and 2 other Executives resigned. If you look closely, the new CEO was appointed several positions (one of them being President) until things got sorted out.



Even on the 10K signature, Vanamali's name is listed with several roles..

Moving into 2019, Joshua Rebecca seems to be the key.

Well we know they are still employed at GXXM. as per their Linked in page, and the recent PR put out by GXXM March, 26, 2019..

The recent PR says they are Director of Media Relations


However...

Notice in MMM*s' 8K , they refer to Joshua Rebecca as "the sole officer, director, and control person of PR345 and Sunglight."




Also in that same 8K, Joshua Rebecca is the sole signature representing PR345, with the title of President on PR345..




Now notice in all of GXXMs recent filings (2019's 8k & DEF14c , NOT the 10K as that would have reflected last year) Vanamali is NOT listed as the President any longer. Infact listed as Vice President on the 8K..
