Crow: just remember when Malcolm fled the scene like a scalded cat he din't have anymore Form 4 reporting obligations. He could sell at will without any reporting.

Same with Mergenthaler.

It'd be interesting to see a current shareholder list and the number of shares they sold since they pulled the ejection handle from CDEx.

I bet they are pretty well sold out by now. Six months worth of average daily volume of 45,000 shares is more than enough for those guys to have sold it all, knowing this day would be arriving.

Like rlcjr, I would not be surprised to see MP4316, Mergenthaler, Boone, Baker, and the rest of DaGang hidden behind the facades of some of the LLCs that come up with the PIPE. These guys have run this scam for so long, and made so much money - both from stock sales and from the missing $25,000,000 accululated loss in CDEx (where DID all that money go?) that I would not be surprised to see them take over the company (again) and rerun the same playbook that worked before for them.
