And, once again, the results of the CCAA has been the liquidation of the operating assets. They're gone. This company is now an empty shell with no operations nor sources of income to pay the massive debt.

Ignoring the results of the CCAA proceedings will not make them go away. It is over for this company.

This nonsense about BioAmber being a debt ridden shell, and shares will be canceled because of some vague US LAW is more pinkyland wishful thinking - certainly not back by facts.
