If Berge wants to do some things which will benefit shareholders:
- Do not hire any stock promoters. That only benefits the promoters who end up dumping stock in the market and hurting the company and shareholders

--> focus on creating a profitable holding company that can return cash to shareholders in the form of sustainable buybacks or sustainable dividends

In addition:
--> do release information updates frequently that:
--> keep shareholders updated as to changes that are happening (good or bad)
--> do release reports on time, and release a summary of the results along with a link to the report (applies to 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K)
