Where does the Monitor STATE THIS!

You are misrepresenting what the Monitor's role is in these COMPANIES CREDITORS ARRANGEMENT ACT proceedings!

The monitor has already gotten agreement from those 2 creditors and approval of the judge on the distribution of those proceeds to the parent company and 2 subsidiaries. One more step before cutting the checks.



If any arrangements were made they would be filed in court... NOTHING YET

ALLOCATION of the Visolis Transaction proceeds IS NOT A PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT LOL

BioAmber is currently in the midst of a complex restructuring through the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
