Probably because it was the TRUTH then, and still is LOL. Sand was never CEO of SIML because he had been indicted by the SEC and imprisoned for Securtities Fraud (and received a lifetime bar from ever being involved with a penny stocks again). However, that did not stop him from being 'behind the curtain' in SIML, FBEC and other share selling scams. You will find that his wife and buddies are the largest beneficial owners (convertible note holders) in SIML LOL.
