If you want to get the testing done, why do you need all the clinic names? Tell Arrayit you want testing done and where you live, and you may have better luck getting the name of the closest clinic. I'm with other posters on this board who don't favor releasing the clinic names. Penny stock traders will drive these people nuts making calls to verify. What a nightmare that would be.
