Excellent work Melly Mell!!! Extremely well laid out and great detail. I love how our DD has been built off of each others work and is only making us better as a team.

There is no doubt in my mind Joshua Rebecca is the linchpin between GXXM and PR345. My assumption is that while other senior management (Carl Dorvil/Chelsea Christopherson) left GXXM last fall to create, establish, and prepare PR345, Joshua Rebecca stayed with GXXM to tie up loose ends and facilitate the backend transaction of the merger/acquisition.

I can't wait until all of this is confirmed in a PR or 8-K!
