The e-mail stated that Lee wasn't feeling good, that there was, is something going around. As far as your suing? I thought they sent your $1,000. bucks back? You realize thats like a fart in a bucket compared to what some of us have invested. The last e-mail stated when the next call is going to take place. If you owned shares then you should have received it? JMO
