Why would anyone invest in a .03 stock with no line of credit no capital and no partner ?

Producing a pallet of cans isn’t that difficult, or maybe it is judging by all the delays, but getting shelf space requires discounting and cash outlays-period.

Where are Vates filings showing they have any cash let alone 10mm

No chain in buying CBD drinks and Vate does not have that capital as I have shown.


So they would have to place one store at a time

It would be 75 years before the brand reached a critical mass to pay any bills.

Remember this was the ceo who realized He couldn’t cancel shares because he was wrong and misleading investors.


Kind of begs the question if he is legit.
That and a million other holes in the biz plan
