Apologize to you all! I didn't find it on the site so I called fedelity. You all were right. He said they cannot buy which is unfortunate. Maybe our share price would be higher. But like someone pointed out earlier. The guy on the phone said they could sell. Which to me would indicate the strength of VYST to be even higher than I thought!
