it only says if they get an investor they could dilute shareholders ...also there are 50 million more shares that the lenders get at different share prices but that is hardly dilution...

every company In the world holds the authority to dilute shareholders in certain circumstances..but right now there is no reason for qprc to do so whatsoever.....and a few settlements and they can pay their debt and do this more autonomously..
