No understanding of the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act

We already know the “Plan of Arrangement” is the liquidation of the company assets with the distribution going to Maynbridge for full recovery as DIP financier, to Comerica as partial recovery, and lastly $222,300 going back to BioAmber Inc.


BioAmber is currently in the midst of a complex restructuring through the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
