If he was driving the company into the dirt there would be massive dilution while he owned Series A Shares. As far as share structure JP has been extremely responsible. The shareholder value hasn't been diluted into .000s as what CEO's of 99% of the penny stocks do to supplement their family and friends. JP may not be a good business man - but - a naive mindset relating to penny stocks abound here. Parsi is definitely not on par with the far and reaching scam artist CEOs of the penny stock world.
