Let this thing open first, once they open for trading, the market will decide which direction it takes. As for dilution you keep touting on the other board, that is not going to happen, why you ask? Cause those shares are restricted for least 6 months by the insiders. As for the other shareholder for the 200,000 shares? That has not been effective, even if that becomes effective once this opens, it clearly indicates in the prospectus what the trigger price is (15.12 dollars) that is if they decide to sell some or all and that is only an "if", even if they did that will just add some or all the shares to the 400,000 float this currently has, whoopsie doo, that is still a low float even if those shares hit the market. When trading resumes, it will be huge swings and should settle around 50-60 dollar range on the opening day, the next day would be the indication where is heading to and those offering, which may I remind you if they decide to make it effective, it they don't decide to sell into the market place, then the chances of this trading over 100-150 is very likely. Win was halted for 4 months that is because they slacked off trying to cure the requirements, this company has done everything possible and still are 24/7 and after the shareholder meeting we will surely find out, but I am guessing even after that Nasdaq might request to see some actual revenues from the company Q or K report, so it's more kosher and let the market decide which direction it takes.
