At 8:00 to 10:45 in the video: he says he met with KPAY management and helped by advising on the financing and future acquisitions. Received 350k restricted shares and not sold any nor has any plans to at this time . He did mention $3 and $ 10+ range. Also received 175 K from Pre* a $2.00+ stock. Looks like he pays the big ones alot.....
