Dont you think if they had achieved anything on that front, they would be putting out PRs regarding it? They were when they were restructuring debt, saying 90% is done and the rest is being negotiated. Then we got to know that others remaining didn’t agree and OS kept on increasing. So if they did achieve anything on convertible debt, they would have put out a PR by now, but they didn’t, because nothing happened and dilution continues.

Also, dont forget that the ones who did agree, they agreed for a limited time, details of which, we again dont know. Was it for 6 months, a year ? We never got any details about restructuring. Even if they did agree to any of those timelines, we are over that period of time and note holders are converting. Conversions would only increase with time.

Negative effect of that would be that if by any luck, any positive news was indeed released, any gains due to that are going to get drowned by note holders selling. This is a lose lose situation for us. I cannot sell due to my average. This is going to be written as a tax loss for me.
