Did Garrett kill the cash dividend altogether now? It wasn't mentioned in the report even though there was a commitment from the company to reinstate it just a few months ago.

Instead, we have the share buybacks now. And I have explained more than a dozen times why this is a bad idea, for SIAF.

So, last year Garrett told us to be patient and wait for the mega loan. And then we got the toxic note. Then they cancelled the cash dividend and now we are back on the wrong track with the stupid share buybacks.

Now, according to the 10-K Garrett owns 2.8M shares, down from 5.1M. Why wasn't this disclosed before? Or is it an error in the report?

I still firmly believe that we need the quarterly cash dividends. NOT the share buybacks.

Note : Garrett has a business relationship with the company. IOW, Solomon owes him money.
