Here's a MUST-READ article for everyone. Although we already knew about compassionate use patients, there hasn't been this detailed information on the third patient before, he's Pizza Hut co-founder.

As has been said, never seen before improvements already seen in multiple clinical trials. Compassionate use patients and in previous phase 2 study. And in few months we will most probably get the final confirmation from the current phase 2b study.
