The "stop" just means they are now seriously delinquent and considered a non-discloser. Who knows what they are doing with their finances, now that they have decided that their investors don't deserve to know. Anybody investing in a non-discloser deserves what they get.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
