"Major Hemp's formula approval is good for all 50 states". SIPC.

My question:

"Sipp Industries and Bur Oak are currently in the process of submitting the already approved Alcohol & Tax Trade Bureau (TTB) hemp beer recipes and has begun production scheduling".

Can you please clarify for me is mentioned approval good for all States of USA or just for some? Do some States need any additional approvals?

Ted's answer:

The formula has to be re-approved for every new brewery we use. It is a minor approval and only takes a few days due to the fact the original formula is already approved. Major Hemp's formula approval is good for all 50 states.
