While I don’t typically agree with you, there is a hole in Tyler the secretary’s DD. The docs do say they can’t spend more than 5 million while the buyout of LCY is taking place, but it also says something along the lines of “without written approval by purchaser(KKR)”. So they technically could have spent more, but perhaps the stalking horse bid is allowing them to get the assets on the cheap.
