in my opinion they can only explain this type of non public info to everyone at the same time not for a phone call or request......or they have to do a release for all..its called regulation FD...as this would to me be considered material non public information..as its the key to their future profits...how much have they paid the lawyers on each case and how much do they have to go before a decision...
