Answering your Twitter question.


Basically our Business Plan as we have showed in our web page, and our 

10-K, and Reg-A filling is in the following months is to acquire 

Telecommunications companies that are in the same business vertical than 

us, with the intention to becoming in a Company with 30 Million US$ 

yearly revenue very fast. That´s the reason why of the Swisslink 

acquisition and the process that we are conducting with the mid-west 

company.


About the mid-west acquisition status, we are right now in the due 

diligence process, and in the final negotiation, we estimate we should 

if everything turns right, close this acquisition in this 2Q.


In addition of the Swisslink and Mid-West companies, we are exploring 

opportunities in Blockchain oriented to Telecommunications, 5G internet 

services, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Value added services, when 

we find something that increase our business value to our company, we 

will proceed to move forward in any of those opportunities.
