So if what some are implying, and it's a go at prodigy. What reason is there not to announce quarantine lifted?



I wouldn't be surprised if Kim and Jon wanted to wait for at least one full generation of silkworms to be raised at prodigy before making the announcement. It's the prudent move, which seems like their M.O.
