They’d have to set the new standard of 3 weeks MK first since 3 weeks is the only currently fair time frame to wait on surgery etc. Essentially yes one day it could be all hung ho for mk 4,5,6 weeks on any cancer as long as it keeps working

Fwiw to be accurate, p2 is where all studies try different regimine, and the 3x a day was used to some degree in probably most patients in p2, but only for 10 days. They did max out in p3 and it’s not publicized enough
