Sounds about right. At least the company is up front about stealing investors' money.

What fool would invest their pension money in this junk? Not someone who wants to retire, that's for sure.

I don't know how anyone can assess any kind of risk here when the company refuses to file even the most basic of financial statements. What are they hiding?
