Hi XXXXXX, The 10K done and in but it takes a 3 days normally to do the XBRL. (XBRL is a freely available and global framework for exchanging business information. XBRL allows the expression of semantic meaning commonly required in business reporting) Jamie worked with our Edgar company and they are going to post the 10K late today with the numbers and then file an amended 10 with the XBRL a day or so latter. This way shareholders will be able to read it over the weekend. The XBRL does not change the numbers or the text in the 10K its just an additional file formatting requirement.
