You are looking at GERS through the lens of a long-term business model. Good luck with that. Many of us here are placing our chips on the short-term hype (hysteria) associated with the Federal Circuit validating GERS' patents and the significant impact that will have on the industry nationwide. In my view the only value any long term prospects will have on a near-term (year or two) impact on the PPS is through projecting sustainability to some investors as well as the patent profiteers that will increase near-term PPS momentum.

All of this pales in comparison to KK getting the filings up-to-date and the Federal Circuit validation of GERS' patents. If (when?) that happens sticking around for future gains beyond the explosive ones created by the hype and increased number of brokerages allowing access to GERS, is another gamble entirely.
