Can not issue shares till they bring their filling up To date, The mystery is deepen.
If we spanked the entire ask, They (MM) will Stack the ask again!!
This is being held down by the DEBENTURE Holders and they won't let Olie off easy.
The only thing that will bust this open, Is a Reverse Split annuncement And nothing else.
For that to happen Olie has to bring the fillings Up to date. I don't see that happening soon.
Either Way, I have been using some of my shares
As toilet paper for a while now.
